Copart Wisbech site development showing new modular office facility with freshly surfaced footway and external infrastructure

Rospower Projects Ltd completed a full demolition and groundworks package for Copart at their Wisbech site, delivering the enabling works required for a new modular office facility and associated external infrastructure.

Project Scope

The project began with the demolition and clearance of an existing building, preparing the site for redevelopment. Our team then installed reinforced pad foundations designed to support the new modular building structure.

As part of the external works package, we delivered:

  • Demolition and site clearance of existing structures
  • Reinforced pad foundations for the new modular office building
  • New footway surfacing and pedestrian access routes
  • Site drainage systems installation
  • Car park fencing installation for improved access and security
  • New sewer connection under a Section 50 licence

Section 50 sewer connection

A new sewer connection was delivered under a Section 50 licence, which required statutory approvals and coordination with the local highway authority. Rospower Projects Ltd managed the approval process and completed the connection works in line with the licence conditions.
