What data we collect
When you use our contact, proposal, callback, or capability statement forms, we collect:

- Phone number and company name (if provided)
- Your message, project details, and form preferences
If you tick the newsletter opt-in box, we use your name and email address to send occasional Rospower updates. We use MailerLite to manage those mailing-list subscriptions.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data about how you interact with our website after analytics consent is granted. Where enabled, we also use Leadfeeder / Dealfront for company-level visitor identification based on IP address and related visit data. This is used to understand which organisations may be interested in our services, not to identify private individuals.

Data retention
We retain enquiry and proposal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, manage customer relationships, or comply with legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
